Bryan Lewitt is a Senior Director for Cushman & Wakefield in the Los Angeles West office. His primary focus is tenant representation transactions in Los Angeles and elsewhere in the United States.
Bryan has been involved in commercial real estate since graduating law school in 1985. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California. Since 1988 he has been an active licensed Real Estate Broker in the Los Angeles area. Bryan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from St. Mary’s College of California and a Juris Doctorate degree from McGeorge School of Law.
Bryan’s broad range of expertise spans the areas of transaction management, tenant representation, lease audit, project management, development and investment, and in a wide scope of industries; including financial services, healthcare, technology and service professional partnerships. Currently, Bryan’s transaction volume is 4 million square feet of office space valued in excess of $1 billion dollars.
